  • Community Mural Workshop with Matt + Brooklyn of Monsoon Creative

    Multi Day Workshop | Refer to Schedule

    Be a part of creating a large-scale collaborative artwork with SLC-based muralists Brooklyn and Matt Monsoon. This immersive, hands-on workshop will unfold across several days with different sessions and times, giving participants the opportunity to drop in, contribute, and learn at their own pace.

    Explore how murals evolve from concept to completion—covering everything from idea development and design, to techniques for painting on a large scale. Matt and Brooklyn will share tips, insights on color theory, and creative encouragement for artists of all ages and experience levels.

    Come as you are—no experience needed!

  • Awaken the Voice Within: A Journey of Vocal Alchemy & Creative Liberation

    Thursday 5:00-6:00PM (Siloon)

    Join Burnell Washburn for an immersive, heart-centered experience designed to awaken your voice and unlock your inner creativity. Through a blend of breathwork, vocal toning, chanting, freestyling, beatboxing, and joyful group exercises, we’ll activate the throat chakra, dissolve energetic blockages, and reconnect with the powerful, healing force of sound.

  • Freestyle Fundamentals-The Power Of Words

    Friday 12:00-1:30PM (Siloon)

    This dynamic workshop led by SuperNatural introduces the foundational elements of freestyle rap, offering participants a space to explore spontaneous lyrical expression. Alongside hands-on practice, you'll gain a brief overview of rap’s cultural origins and history, and learn basic beat matching techniques to help you stay in rhythm and flow. Whether you're new to freestyling or looking to sharpen your skills, this session provides the tools and inspiration to find your voice and confidence on the mic.

  • Cold Plunge

    Friday 1:30pm & Saturday 11am

    During cold water immersion, neurotransmitters like epinephrine, norepinephrine, and dopamine – the feel-good hormone – are upregulated and can help us feel more alert and focused for several hours after exposure. Post-plunge, you may notice a better mood, more energy, and an enhanced ability to face the day with vigor.

  • "Let Go to Flow & Play" Workshop Led by Clayton Allred

    Friday 1:30-2:30PM (Main Tent/Lawn)

    This is a flow arts workshop specifically designed for families, children, and adults to discover inner flow through play. Reminding ourselves of our inner child and allowing them to come out and play. This workshop will inspire lots and lots of play while teaching you the fundamentals of all flow arts as well as learning how to stay in the flow in everyday life.

  • Musical Communication Via Improvisation

    Friday 3:00-4:00pm (Siloon)

    Learn how musical improvisation can serve as another method of communication, with other musicians and listeners alike. Members of Free Creatures will share how they express themselves through improv and help introduce you to some of their favorite tools and tactics used to emote and converse with each other and the great muse of sound. 

  • Samba Fogo: Soul to Crown: Embodying Samba Workshop

    Friday 5:30-6:30PM (Lounge Deck)

    Find healing release, honor your body, and discover new parts of your dancing self in this Samba dance experience. Drawing inspiration and energy from Brazilian cultural archetypes like the Malandro and the Orixá, we will dance from the “souls” of our feet to the “crowns” of our heads. We will dance in rhythm as we “plant our feet,” grounding our lower bodies to set our upper limbs free. We will explore Samba basics and footwork, with both male and female styling, and discover how to move our bodies more efficiently and freely. 

  • Alchemy Through Songwritting

    Saturday 2:00-3:30PM (Siloon)

    Explore the process of alchemizing life's pains and pleasures via songwriting with Free Creatures as they expound upon their personal experiences and share proven techniques for utilizing music and lyric writing to feel better and manifest desired outcomes.

  • SL Capoeria: Basics of Movement Workshop

    Saturday 4:00-5:30PM (Main Tent)

    Step into the dynamic world of capoeira—where movement, rhythm, and culture collide in an electrifying experience. In this Intro to Capoeira Class, students will learn the foundational movements of capoeira, the vibrant Afro-Brazilian art form that blends fluid kicks, ground movements, and music. Alongside physical practice, students will explore the rich history and cultural roots of capoeira.

  • Basics of Fire Yoga Workshop Taught by Clayton Allred

    Saturday 6:00-7:00PM (Lawn by Sky Deck)

    This workshop is a brief introduction into the self-healing relms of Fire Yoga. This workshop is designed to be light and fun. especially geared towards teens and families. In this workshop, we will be exploring how all things are connected through sacred geometry, thought, movement, and breath. Lean how to massage yourself with a staff, release heavy and stagnant energy, and how to powerfully step into a new moment of now
