At Sweetwater Kitchen our commitment to organic and locally sourced ingredients ensures that every plate we serve is not only delicious, but also supports sustainable agriculture in the state of Utah. Our restaurant is located on the same property where we source our beef, resulting in the most farm-to-table dining experience you can find.
