Conscientia Lodging Packages

These lodging packages combine on-site accommodations at Boulder Mountain Guest Ranch with full retreat passes, so you can stay steps away from the music, workshops, and gatherings throughout the weekend.

Each Stay & Play package includes 3 nights of lodging and retreat passes for the number of guests listed in the unit, giving you full access to all Conscientia performances, wellness sessions, and community activities.

Lodging options range from private rooms to shared cabins, making it easy for couples, friends, or small groups to stay together during the retreat.

Please note: Meals are not included in Stay & Play packages. Guests are welcome to purchase food at Sweetwater Kitchen or explore nearby dining options.

Availability is very limited and packages are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cabins

Cabin 1

This cozy unit features two private queen bedrooms and comfortably accommodates 1–5 guests.

The space includes a full kitchen with a 4-burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, and tableware.

Guests can enjoy a dining area, spacious living room with a fold-down couch, temperature-control system, and a private bathroom. Step outside to relax on the private deck with a charcoal grill.

Cabin 2

This ADA-accessible unit comfortably accommodates 1–7 guests and features two private bedrooms: one with a queen bed, and the other with a full bed and twin bunk set.

The unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, and tableware, along with a dining area and spacious living room with two full-size fold-down couches for additional sleeping.

Guests can also enjoy a temperature-control system, private bathroom, and a deck with a charcoal grill.

Cabin 3

This spacious unit features three bedrooms with a queen bedroom on the main floor and a queen bedroom upstairs.

The upstairs communal sleeping area—accessed by a spiral staircase—includes a full-over-twin bunk bed and two fold-out twin chairs, offering flexible accommodations for groups.

The unit includes a full kitchen with a 4-burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, and tableware, along with a dining area, comfortable living room, temperature-control system, and private bathroom. Guests can also relax on the private deck with a charcoal grill.

This room features two bunk sets: one with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on top, and another with two twin beds. The room includes a floor space heater and window air-conditioning unit.

Mongolian Yurts

Yurt #1

This yurt includes a mini fridge, toaster oven, hot and cold water dispenser, floor space heater, and evaporative cooling system. Guests can also enjoy a private deck with a charcoal grill and access to a private bathhouse with shower located directly adjacent to the yurt.

This yurt includes a dining table, ¾ fridge, coffeemaker, toaster oven, hot and cold water dispenser, floor space heater, and evaporative cooling system. Guests can enjoy a private deck with a charcoal grill and access to a private bathhouse with shower located adjacent to the yurt.
